L’auteure s’interroge sur le rôle de l’institution dans les processus de création au sein des groupes à médiation artistique, dans le cadre de la psychothérapie institutionnelle. La création thérapeutique engage l’intimité des patients comme celle des thérapeutes qui les rencontrent, car elle fait émerger des traces de vécus traumatiques. Les productions créatives issues de ce travail, dans un groupe à médiation danse pour adolescents, sont notamment des représentations de naissance, que le patient, avec l’aide du clinicien, met en forme grâce au médium. Le partage plus large de ces images fantasmatiques de l’intime, par exemple lors de présentations devant l’institution, peut constituer une reconnaissance réparatrice pour certains patients engagés dans un processus de subjectivation.

This paper questions the role of the institution in the creative processes at stake in clinical practice with artistic mediations. Therapeutic mediation groups involve patients’privacy, as well as the privacy of the professionals who are treating them, since traces of early traumatisms appear through the medium. In a dance group for adolescents in an outpatient unit, the patients creative productions frequently result in representations of birth shaped with the help and the support of the clinicians. Working on those fantasy representations of their privacy, and sharing them by performing a piece of choreographic work in front of the institution’s professionals and patients, can work as a repairing acknowledgment for some adolescents, and for a new step towards subjectification.
