Une recherche-action en partenariat avec deux établissements de formation des travailleurs sociaux ouvre un champ de réflexion autour du destin de la subjectivité dans le cadre de la formation de ces futurs professionnels. Dans un contexte hypermoderne de délitement des différentes fonctions et formations intermédiaires, la conflictualité peine à se déployer, et son éviction voit l’émergence d’un conflit sous sa forme la plus radicale, dont la visée et l’annihilation de toute altérité. L’idéologie dominante de rationalisation techniciste impacte la formation des travailleurs sociaux et soulève des résistances dans les établissements de formation. Cependant, nous verrons que, dans l’un de ces établissements, ce modèle trouve à se déployer dans des espaces que nous aurions pu penser hermétiques à ces mouvements désubjectivants. Enfin, nous observerons l’impact de ces bouleversements sur le pacte dénégatif fondateur du travail social, scellé par les formateurs et transmis aux étudiants.

An action-research in partnership with two training establishments for social workers opens up a field of reflection around the fate of subjectivity within the context of the training of these future professionals. In a hypermodern context of the disintegration of the different intermediate functions and forms of training, it is difficult for conflictuality to unfold and its eviction goes hand in hand with the emergence of a conflict in its most radical form, whose aim is the annihilation of all alterity. The dominant ideology of technicist rationalization has an impact on the training of social workers and arouses resistances in the training establishments. However, we will see that in one of these establishments this model unfolds in spaces that we might have thought of as hermetic to desubjectivizing movements. Lastly, we will observe the impact of these upheavals on the founding negative pact of social work, sealed by tutors and transmitted to students.
