La sociopsychanalyse s’interroge sur les évolutions du contexte de ses interventions. Elle se demande si ces évolutions ne seraient pas en mesure de les empêcher. « L’entreprise libérée », en tant qu’elle représente une nouvelle forme de management, s’imposerait comme objet particulièrement pertinent de cette réflexion.Pour ce faire, ce texte décrit les principales caractéristiques de ce néo-management. Il explicite les conceptions de l’individu et de la liberté et objective les principales caractéristiques de l’ el (entreprise libérée) faisant obstacle à l’introduction d’un Dispositif Institutionnel Mendel ( dim) en son sein. Les auteurs sont ainsi amenés à interroger l’organisation du travail, la question de l’autorité (et de l’auto-autorité) et à montrer la place prépondérante du leader-libérateur.

Socio-psychoanalysis reflects on the evolutions of the context of its interventions. It asks itself whether these evolutions might be able to prevent them. “Free enterprise”, insofar as it represents a new form of management, presents itself as a particularly pertinent object of this reflection. With this aim in mind, the authors describe the chief characteristics of this neo-management. They explain the conceptions of the individual and freedom and objectify the main characteristics of the fe (free enterprise) which stands in the way of the introduction of a Mendel Institutional Device within it. The authors are thus led to examine the organization of work, the question of authority (and self-authority), and to show the prominent place of the leader-liberator.
