Les auteurs souhaitent montrer que la psychanalyse a introduit, par la place accordée au « sexuel », une subversion de ce que la psychosomatique représentait dans l’opposition épistémologique du XIXe siècle entre les somatischer et les psychischer. Dans ce but nous analysons le statut du sexuel dans l’hystérie, l’hypocondrie et les troubles somatiques en dégageant leurs spécificités économiques et discursives.

The authors wish to show that psychoanalysis introduced, by the place given to the “sexual”, a subversion of what psychosomatics represented in the epistemological opposition of the XIXth century between the somatischer and the psychischer. For this purpose, we analyze the status of the sexual in hysteria, hypochondria and somatic disorders by highlighting their economic and discursive specificities.
