Le Défenseur des droits et le Comité consultatif national d’éthique alertent à nouveau sur l’insuffisance et l’ineffectivité de la protection des droits fondamentaux des personnes exilées. Ces personnes, en tant qu’être humain, doivent bénéficier de la protection de certains droits. Mais l’effectivité de ces derniers est aujourd’hui remise en question notamment en raison de la défaillance des mécanismes juridiques et extra-juridiques de protection des droits fondamentaux.

The Defender of Rights and the National Consultative Ethics Committee once again warn of the inadequacy and ineffectiveness of the protection of the fundamental rights of exiled people. These people, as human beings, must enjoy the protection of some rights. But the effectiveness of the latter is today called into question, in particular because of the failure of legal and extra-legal mechanisms for the protection of fundamental rights.
