RésuméL’École, à la fois organisation symbolique du corps social, mais aussi mise en ordre/construction du sujet fonctionne sur les jeux du pouvoir et du désir. Mais cette conception de la construction singulière du désir de savoir des individus doit se combiner avec une analyse de l’École et des relations à l’Autre que produit l’institution scolaire. Il sera alors possible d’apprécier, le Malaise dans l’Institution scolaire française ; actrice/promotrice d’une citoyenneté républicaine moniste. Dans le modèle citoyen français, dont l’École est le ferment, l’Autre doit devenir le Même. Cela donne un éclairage des tensions actuelles dans le lieu scolaire.

School, both the symbolical organisation of the social body and the setting up/building up of the individual, operates on the relations between power and desire. But this way of looking at the structuring of people’s craving for knowledge must be combined with an analysis of School and of the relationships to the Other that are generated by the Academic Institution. Then this process will make it possible to assess the understanding of the Discontents of the French School Institution as the actor/promoter of a monistic republican Citizenship. In the French social system within which school plays the part of leaven, the Other must turn into the Same. Through this, we can understand how tense relationships at school are.

ResumenLa escuela que constituye a la vez organización simbólica del cuerpo social y una organización del orden y la construcción del sujeto funciona a través de un juego del poder y del deseo. Pero esta construcción singular del deseo de saber de los individuos debe combinarse con un análisis de la escuela y de las relaciones con el otro que produce la institución escolar : entonces, será posible de apreciar el malestar en la institución escolar francesa : actora y promotora de una ciudadanía republicana y monista. En el modelo ciudadano francés en la cual la escuela es la base, el otro debe llegar a ser el mismo. Esto da un enfoque de las tensiones actuales en el recinto escolar.
