Penser la notion d’institution est penser le cadre de référence juridique et symbolique qui permet l’exercice que nous voulons le plus possible nourri de l’idéal laïque et républicain d’au moins trois métiers : éduquer, gouverner, soigner.La scène inconsciente de l’institution a été pensée par la psychanalyse en dialogue plus ou moins heureux avec l’anthropologie et le juridique.Cet article interroge le processus adolescent en son rapport avec les dispositifs institutionnels et les scènes de subjectivation qu’elles proposent et imposent parfois.
