Dès lors, dire des symptômes qu’ils sont de l’inconscient, c’est ré-affirmer l’hypothèse pour en développer la thèse, mais c’est aussi faire une offre, celle de se confronter à un ailleurs, peut-être le seul qui nous reste dans un monde où tout est accessible via le net ou les charters.

The hypothesis of the unconscious, which Lacan thought of as endorsed by everyone, today seems in abeyance. Therefore, to state that symptoms stem from the unconscious is to reaffirm the hypothesis, in order to further elaborate upon its thesis. It is also to offer yet another opportunity : that of confronting with a new place, maybe the only one left in our world where everything can be accessed via the net or charters flights.
