RésuméUne recherche pilote sur l’évaluation des traitements psychanalytiques a été initiée au Centre de psychanalyse du 13e arrondissement de Paris afin de tester la faisabilité d’études systématiques dans le champ psychanalytique. Des échelles d’évaluation du fonctionnement psychique ont été élaborées, et les items choisis doivent permettre de repérer les caractéristiques intrapsychiques à prendre en compte dans l’évaluation de la dynamique de chaque patient, tels que les défenses, les identifications, les capacités de régression, le fonctionnement du préconscient, l’insight… ces grilles ont été appliquées par un groupe de cinq psychanalystes sur l’enregistrement vidéos de consultations préliminaires réalisées au centre. L’élaboration des échelles et les discussions théorico-cliniques autour des items a constitué le premier intérêt de ce travail. Leur application a permis de confirmer leur sensibilité aux caractéristiques intrapsychiques de chaque patient, qui sont ainsi clairement résumées. L’étude des désaccords, notables, entre les cotateurs a ensuite relancé les discussions conceptuelles et théoriques. Enfin, cette recherche ne constitue que la toute première étape d’un travail approfondi qui pourrait suivre au long cours l’évolution de l’organisation psychique de patients durant une prise en charge analytique.

A pilot research project into the evaluation of psychoanalytical treatments has been initiated at the Centre de Psychanalyse in the 13th arrondissement in Paris to test the feasibility of systematic studies in the psychoanalytical field. Scales of evaluation of psychic workings were drawn up and the items chosen have to allow intrapsychic characteristics to be taken into account in evaluating each patient’s dynamics to be identified, as with defences, identifications, regression capabilities, workings of the subconscious and insight. These grids were applied by a group of five psychoanalysts to video recordings of preliminary consultations conducted at the Centre. Drawing up the scales and the theoretical-clinical discussions around these items constituted the first focus for this work. Their application allowed their sensitivity to each patient’s intrapsychic characteristics to be confirmed, so that they could then be clearly summarised. The study of the considerable divergences in view between the assessors then led on to conceptual and theoretical discussions. Finally, this research constituted merely the very first stage of more comprehensive work that could be pursued throughout the changes in patients’ psychic organisation during analytical patient management.
