RésuméL’œuvre de Roland Gori est ici examinée sous la perspective de la spécificité de sa contribution théorique dans le champ de la psychopathologie clinique. Même si elle s’organise selon des moments plus centrés sur la réflexion épistémologique et métapsychologique et d’autres plutôt tournés vers la critique des idéologies de l’hygiénisme médical et du biopouvoir, allant jusqu’à l’engagement politique, notre hypothèse est que sa référence constante aux discours de souffrance constitue un élément central de cohésion et cohérence interne de sa pensée psychopathologique.

The work of Roland Gori is here examined under the perspective of the specificity of its theoretical contribution to the field of clinical psychopathology. Even though it is organized along some moments more centered on epistemological and metapsychological reflections, while others, which reached political engagement, revolve around the criticism of the ideology of hygiene and bio-power, our hypothesis is that its constant reference to the discourse of suffering constitutes a central element of internal cohesion and coherence of Gori’s psychopathological thought.
