La conduite d’un groupe analytique confronte à certains enjeux qui prennent des formes spécifiques quand il s’agit de travailler en institution avec des personnes souffrant de psychose au long cours. Cet article s’intéresse à la fonction du groupe analytique dans le contexte de foyer de post-cure en psychiatrie adulte de secteur et à son articulation avec d’autres types de groupe. À partir de l’expérience d’un dispositif qui avait été d’abord conduit en monothérapie, puis en cothérapie, les auteurs proposent leur réflexion autour de plusieurs thématiques : le rapport entre le cadre institutionnel et la conduite du groupe ; les manifestations du contre-transfert anticipé ; les effets du changement du dispositif ; les modalités relationnelles et transférentielles chez les patients psychotiques en situation de groupe.

Conducting an analytic group confronts us with certain issues which take on specific forms when working in institutions with people suffering from long-term psychosis. This article focuses on the function of the analytic group in the context of a post-cure centre in an adult psychiatry setting and on its articulation with other types of group. Drawing on the experience of a setting in which the group was initially conducted in monotherapy, then in co-therapy, the authors set out their considerations on several themes : the relation between the institutional framework and the task of conducting a group ; the manifestations of the anticipated countertransference ; the effects of changing the setting ; the relational and transferential modalities in psychotic patients in a group situation.
