The transformation of the society of the spectacle into a society of the hyperspectacle testifies to the importance of technical supports-spaces of enunciation and dramatic visibility of the social in the historical production of true discourses, which led to the establishment of neoliberal regime of truth. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the hyperspectacle has allowed the intensification of consumer enjoyment leading to increasingly destructive behavior among the majority. This total social fact constitutes one of the major symptoms caused by the market discourse. Foucault’s thought, where the concept of discourse is invented combined with that of device, proves essential here for analyzing from a philosophical, aesthetic and political point of view the transition from spectacle to contemporary hyperspectacle.

La transformation de la société du spectacle en société de l’hyperspectacle témoigne de l’importance des supports-espaces techniques d’énonciation et de visibilité dramatique du social dans la production historique des discours-vrais, qui a conduit à la mise en place du régime de vérité néolibéral. Par ailleurs, l’efficace de l’hyperspectacle a permis l’intensification de la jouissance consommatrice entraînant chez le plus grand nombre des conduites de plus en plus destructrices. Ce fait social total constitue l’un des symptômes majeurs provoqués par le discours des marchés. La pensée de Foucault où le concept de discours s’invente allié à celui de dispositif, s’avère ici incontournable pour analyser d’un point de vue philosophique, esthétique et politique le passage du spectacle à l’hyperspectacle contemporain.
