Georges Gaillard, Intervenir en institution et œuvrer à l’émergence d’une instance d’appartenance groupale Nous interrogeons ici l’inflexion contemporaine du « faire groupe » dans les institutions de la mésinscription (et plus largement dans l’hypermodernité). Deux mouvements se combinent en effet désormais qui transforment les liens d’appartenance institutionnels et groupaux : le premier a trait à l’inscription du sujet dans une temporalité qui donne lieu à des dynamiques de désynchronisations qui amplifient les mouvements de fragmentations en cours ; le second, corrélé, relève du refus d’investir le déplaisir, pourtant indispensable au travail de soin et d’accompagnement (etc.), et simultanément au refus de jouer ses appartenances dans les liens d’équipe. Nous soutenons l’hypothèse que cette inscription se joue dorénavant préférentiellement dans le registre du momentané, et que cette « nouvelle » modalité doit être prise en compte dans ses incidences sur la vie des équipes et des institutions, notamment lors des « interventions de régulations » réalisées auprès de ces mêmes institutions. Il s’agit donc de contribuer à ouvrir le chantier qui s’impose désormais à notre attention, celui des « nouvelles » modalités de constitution des groupalités professionnelles.

This paper looks at the contemporary shift in the way groups are formed in institutions marked by a failure of inscription (and, more broadly, in the hyper-modern world). Two movements are now combining to transform the institutional and group ties of belonging: the first relates to the subject’s inscription in a temporality that gives rise to dynamics of desynchronization that amplify the ongoing movements of fragmentation; the second, linked to the first, relates to the refusal to cathect unpleasure, which is nonetheless essential to the work of care and support (etc.), and simultaneously to the refusal to bring one’s own sense of belonging into play in team ties. The author supports the hypothesis that this inscription is henceforth played out preferentially in the register of the momentary, and that this “new” modality must be taken into account at the level of its impact on the life of teams and institutions, particularly during the “regulatory interventions” carried out in these same institutions. The aim, then, is to contribute to opening up the field which now claims our attention, i.e. the “new” ways of constituting professional groupings.
