RésuméDans le contexte actuel de l’hôpital psychiatrique français, où la relation soignant-soigné tend à être oubliée, nous proposons de montrer ce que l’approche psychanalytique peut éclairer quant à cette relation. Elle a permis en effet le passage du champ du regard, où domine l’observation d’un soigné devenu objet d’un discours médical, au champ de l’oreille, où l’écoute soutient un soigné alors sujet d’une parole à entendre. Dans le lien social qu’institue la relation soignant-soigné et où fonctionne l’identification, les notions de transfert et de contre-transfert viennent rappeler l’enjeu d’un positionnement soignant.

In the current context of the French psychiatric hospital, where the relation look after-neat tends to being forgotten, we propose to show what the psychoanalytical approach can light as for this relation.
