La question de la construction narcissique et identitaire s’origine à partir du lien d’inscription et d’intériorisation du « nom du père ». Dès lors, l’emprise pulsionnelle, figurée par la violence du père primitif, adviendra-t-elle par son meurtre (réel), trace du Père mort, point zéro de la reconnaissance subjective dans un lien d’affiliation et par voie de conséquence, d’une tentative d’exister, mais aussi empreinte indélébile du désir de mort comme fondement de la vie psychique. Cet article propose une prolongation théorico-clinique du meurtre du père, à partir de la figure du pair – et l’achoppement de ce dépassement symbolique à l’adolescence, forclos par un agir meurtrier et relevant de ce que nous avons qualifié d’un passage par la folie.

The question of narcissistic and identity construction originates from the bond of inscription and internalization of the “name of the father.” Hence, the drive-based hold, represented by the violence of the primitive father, will come about through his (real) murder, the trace of the dead Father, ground zero of subjective recognition in a bond of affiliation and, as a consequence, of an attempt to exist, but also the indelible imprint of the desire for death as the foundation of psychic life. This article proposes a theoretical-clinical prolongation of the father’s murder, starting from the figure of the peer—and the stumbling block of this symbolic overcoming in adolescence, foreclosed by a murderous act and pertaining to what we have called a “passage through madness.”
