This text takes up the journey of Mony Elkaïm, partly shared with the author. Starting from a practice of community psychiatry which takes into account the networks, the road passes by the anti-psychiatry, the phenomenology, the systemic therapy, it invites us to see how much in the heart of our clinical practices remains essential this notion of assemblage which avoids us reductive readings.
