Religiosity, Spirituality, Wellness, and Contexts: A Correlation Study in Two Mexican Urban Cities

The aim of this study was to understand the relationship between Spirituality, Religiosity and Well-being in two regions of Mexico and according to the age. A total of 854 participants (561 young people and 293 adults 293) answer a “Satisfaction with life” questionnaire, another one on the “Meaning of life”, the “Spiritual welfare index” and the “Scale of Attitude towards Religiosity”. The results suggest a relationship between spirituality and well-being, with variations according to age groups and geographical areas.
