From Exclusion from Clinical Practice to Clinical Practice in the Field of Exclusion

The problem of exclusion appears as one of the paradigms that increasingly make up the social bond. The rise in writings on this topic (especially by some clinicians who consider it to be a new symptom) and their nature may compensate for a lack of methodological-clinical involvement, applying theories with metapsychological terms instead of putting a method into practice. A method could test the knowledge derived from “variants of the standard cure,” putting it into a dialectic relation with institutional and social language variables. This is the idea, elaborated epistemologically, that the authors wanted to test against the reality of their practices.
