Trans-sexualism is a recent medical syndrome (1953) that questions the foundations of sexual identity. Using the clinical analysis of trans-sexualism as a starting point, we shift from the tool of syndrome to that of sinthome. Based on the registers of signifier and drive, we will define a new logic oriented toward the deconstruction of the imaginary.
