Sociopsychological Accompaniment in a Day Nursery under Duress
Type de matériel :
15
Starting from the director’s initial request for individual “coaching,” it was possible to put in place a whole year’s accompaniment of a day nursery team by a sociopsychologist. This intervention went through some difficult phases, but was able to handle a major conflict between the team and management. It brought a third-party presence into a team overwhelmed by issues that had not been worked out to the point of no longer providing a containing environment for the children. The intervention led to a questioning of each person’s place and way of intervening with the children and parents. It provides an illustration of the overlapping of individual, group, and organizational levels in a sociopsychological analysis.
