The context of worldwide neoliberalism should force practitioners out of their very cowardly and problematic « neutrality ». Hypermodern management works towards the normalization of minds and behavior by introducing language and logic that both prescribe and proscribe what can be thought about in the very structuring of social links and the technocractic normalization of activities. The symbolic – and real – violence at work are imposed and trivialized, especially by the media. The ideology of communication has erected as ideals the agent-state and desubjectivity. As such, liberal ideology is entirely subject to the logic of the growing market, and appears, in the logic of the destruction of meaning and the laws of language, to be the deserving heir of the totalitarian systems it claims to combat. The perversion of language and the necessary fantasizing it entails are the preferred means of alienation necessary new neoliberal Order. The destructiveness at work should not let communities of denial continue unknowingly, as unfortunately legitimized by universities and many psychoanalysts, in a break with Freudian thought in its original complexity, and in a general indifference to social-historic reality.
