This article proposes a heterodox elucidation of the issue of the psychosocial risks at work in the scientific field of the socioeconomic management of organizations. Management is profoundly marked by the stereotypes of historical economic trends. Admittedly, the issue of psychosocial risks is legitimate, pertinent, and even universal. But it is perverted, overvalued, or underestimated depending on the pressure groups involved. What is in fact being shown, and how are we to take it into account? If the practice of the management of organizations is not updated, it will continue to get bogged down in the imperatives of the stereotypes that need to be demystified. Where the socioeconomic management trend of organizations is concerned, science is on the side of dignity.
