Type de matériel :

This article is a reflection on transference as an useful instrument for the reconstruction of the history during the family therapy. The transference’s elaboration permits both partners to be able to integrate truth and fantasy; in this way, they improve their own capacity to have a new and articulated reading of the events. The discussion of a clinical case will give us the opportunity to understand well how difficulties which emerged during the therapy with a parental couple, can lead to an early interruption of the consultation, allowing only a limited elaboration of the complexity of the transference and counter-transference processes of the family group.
