The central theme of this work is the inner space of mother’s body during pregnancy, a secret and invisible space, which is the object of complex unconscious fantasies. A clinical case shows how the unconscious fantasies about origins (connected to the pregnancy and birth) developped along four generations, concerning two couples mother-daughter.Mother’s inner space became the place of a monster-embryo, nourished by mother’s unconscious transgenerational fantasies. Unfillable gaps and too much premature losses, happened in a time before speech, before memories, are the background of the presentation of a woman’s case, who begun her analysis during the pregnancy of her second female baby, whom was made a precocious diagnosis of primary autism.
