Conspiracy theories are obviously very old and have always captivated the human imagination. Many commentators, however, observe that they have more and more success. The purpose of this article is to analyze the new springs offered by the deregulated information market to conspiracy theories. This new deregulated market information is essentially the Internet. These theories know how to take advantage of the new conditions for broadcasting information at least three ways. They benefit of more horizontal relationships between mediators of information. They benefit from the speed of information dissemination on the cognitive marketplace. And finally, they benefit of new argumentative aggregations that allow expression of the swarm intelligence of those who "want to find the truth" against the official version. For this, we use, among others, the example of the attack of Charlie Hebdo and the many hypotheses and conspiracy theories that it have aroused.
