Les auteurs abordent le travail institutionnel en amont et en aval d’un événement traumatique majeur pour un établissement et une équipe soignante, à savoir le suicide d’une patiente au cours d’une hospitalisation. Ils tenteront de comprendre sur quel terreau institutionnel ce passage à l’acte effractant est arrivé ; essaieront d’ouvrir des voies élaboratives pour se dégager de la violence mortifère qui peut mettre gravement à mal l’idéal soignant, et pour travailler à restaurer une parole vivante qui soit au cœur de la dynamique institutionnelle quotidienne.

Traumatic intrication : getting lost in the institutional maze and recirculation of the frozen affectsThe authors develop the institutional work before and after a major traumatic event for the institution and its caregivers, which is the suicide of a patient during her hospitalization. They will try to understand how this acting out occurred and open elaborative pathways to disengage from the murderous violence which can deeply hurt the caregiving ideal. The authors therefore work on renewing the speech in order for it to be in the centre of the daily institutional dynamic.
