À partir d’un dispositif à médiation proposé à des adolescents hospitalisés et utilisant le conte comme médiateur, l’auteure interroge, à partir des théorisations actuelles sur ce médium, la dynamique potentielle de cette médiation à partir d’une expérimentation clinique en institution : comment œuvre-t-elle à la transformation des contenus les plus archaïques, les plus crus et les moins secondarisés en représentations plus symbolisées ? De quelle manière le dispositif peut-il initier une tentative d’organiser le chaos et l’incompris, le mystérieux et l’inquiétante étrangeté, en écho aux mécanismes oniriques ? Comment la création collective d’un conte et la dynamique narrative s’appuyant sur les associations du groupe des patients engagent-elles un travail de transformation de l’impensé, de l’impensable, en représentations acceptables pour le sujet lui-même et partageables dans une perspective intersubjective ?
