Les caractéristiques de celle-ci permettent d’aborder un aspect de l’autorité telle qu’elle peut se construire dans une institution accueillant des adolescents. Cette autorité spécifique qui se passe comme un sceptre participe à l’organisation des mouvements relationnels en lien avec l’adolescent pris en charge et permet une obéissance rendant possible un écart avec l’injonction.

Before the temporal or chronological representation of authority inherited from the Romans, there was the Greeks’ spatial conceptualisation of authority. The latter’s characteristics help us approach an aspect of authority as it constitutes itself in an institution welcoming teenagers. This specific form of authority, which is passed from the one to the other as a baton, participates in organising all the psychic movements in relation to the teenager in turn, it makes room for a certain type of obedience in which the subject has stepped away from injunction.
