L’auteur confirme la validité du syndrome de Münchhausen par procuration dans le champ psychique : le parent créant artificiellement le trouble psychique dans l’identité de son enfant, pour l’enfermer dans un besoin de soin qui n’est autre que la trace de l’emprise fusionnelle mortifère.

Based on the psychotherapies of a mother and her adolescent daughter, the article focuses on the clinical signs of maternal madness when it seizes upon the child as object to be healed. The author confirms the validity of the Münchausen syndrome by proxy in the field of mental illness, whereby the parent artificially creates psychological disturbances in her child’s identity in order to confine her in a need for care which is nothing other than the mark of a deadly fusional possession.
