Ce travail fait le récit d’une recherche à propos de la nature psychopathologique de la douleur, en partant de l’idée que l’être humain habite dans la douleur. Celle-ci devient, donc, un concept-limite de l’humain qui n’arrive pas à la dépasser, malgré les ressources pharmacologiques et psychiques disponibles pour s’en protéger. Dans cette perspective, le corps humain demande une conception qui soit capable de prendre en considération et la douleur physique et la douleur psychique.

This article is a research product on the psychopathological nature of pain and starts from the idea that the human inhabits in pain. Therefore, this notion turns out to be a concept that limits the human which cannot surpass it, even with the pharmacological and psychic resources that are available to protect the human from pain. In this perspective, the human body requires a conception that should be able to take into account the physical as well as the psychic pain.
