Les problèmes qui se posent autour de l’argent vont donc recouper à plusieurs titres ceux qui sont posés dans les relations entre les générations. Ils prennent une acuité particulière aux moments clés de l’adolescence et de l’entrée dans l’âge adulte, quand le processus d’autonomisation des enfants vient brutalement perturber l’équilibre trouvé jusque-là entre les membres du groupe familial.

MONEY WITHIN FAMILY THROUGHOUT FAMILY THERAPY Considered as an abstract symbol of economic law, acknowledged or accepted by the whole society, money also links family as a social unity. Problems that arise about money do obviously crosscheck those generated by the relations between generations. They are therefore of great acuteness in the key moments of adolescence and in the beginning of adulthood, when children self-government causes intense disruption in the previous established balance between the members of the household.
