RésuméL’auteur présente une réflexion sur l’instauration du groupe thérapeutique avec des familles d’origine culturelle non-occidentale. Pour fonder ce groupe, le thérapeute principal doit, avec son équipe de co-thérapeutes, offrir à la famille un contenant abritant à la fois le cadre culturel des thérapeutes et celui de la famille, même lorsque ces cadres sont en conflit. Un exemple clinique illustre cette difficulté dans la ligne du transfert du thérapeute principal et de celui des co-thérapeutes.

The author presents a work about the introduction of the therapeutic group with families from non-Western cultural origin. In order to start this group up, the main therapist has, with his team of co-therapists, to offer a cultural frame which can harbour at the same time the framework of the therapists and that of the family, even if these frameworks are in conflict. A clinical example illustrates this difficulty, following the way of the transference of the main therapist and that of the co-therapists.

ResumenEl autor presenta una reflexión sobre la instauración del grupo terapéutico con familias de origen cultural no-occidental. Para fundar este grupo, el terapeuta principal debe, con su equipo de co-terapeutas, ofrecer a la familia un continente que albergue el encuadre cultural de los terapeutas y el de la familia, incluso si estos encuadres entán en conflicto. Un ejemplo clínico ilustra esta dificultad en la línea de la transferencia del terapeuta principal y en la de los co-terapeutas.
