RésuméL’angiomatose diffuse ou syndrome de Bean (BRBNS) est une entité rare caractérisée par des malformations veineuses essentiellement cutanées et digestives, moins souvent, d’autres organes. Nous décrivons le cas d’une jeune fille de 22 ans ayant un syndrome de Bean à localisation cutanée et digestive. Elle a présenté des saignements gastro-intestinaux massifs récurrents. Nous avons commencé le sirolimus à faible dose en tant qu’agent antiangiogénique avec une bonne évolution.

Blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome (BRBNS) is a rare disorder with characteristic vascular malformations of the skin, gastrointestinal system, and, less often, other organ systems.We describe the case of an 22- year-old girl with diagnosed BRBNS who had multiple venous malformations all over her body, importantly, throughout the gastrointestinal tract, mouth, stomach, small bowel, and colon. She presented with recurrent massive gastrointestinal bleeding. We started low-dose sirolimus as an antiangiogenic agent with good evolution.
