Type de matériel :
44
This paper describes and analyses Chinese involvement in Africa through a case study of aid and direct investment flows and stocks in Ivory Coast. Between the bilateral recognition in 1983 and the end of 2014, the relations between the two countries have developed. In the process, China has become one of the most important donors and investors in Ivory Coast, and the Chinese State a central, though nonexclusive, actor of the relationship. In Abidjan, the economic capital of Ivory Coast, Chinese migrant residents invest privately.
