In a socioeconomic context where there is a great deal of qualified individuals and/or the job offer is insufficient, every working opportunity is a source of stakes and competition. In Democratic Republic of the Congo, for the insertion profession, the job-seekers mobilize more the informal logics than formal. These consist in mobilizing the economic and social resources of parents, in treating the partisan sociability, in integrating the network of the politicians, in turning to the occult practices, in having a sense of the opportunism, etc. Without a network of knowledge and safe supports, the access to the employment is difficult for graduates in Lubumbashi.
