The Sensorial Transfer as a Mooring and Way to Access the Psychic Life of Highly Unstable or Homeless Subjects
Type de matériel :
58
In “psychic wandering”, referring to panhandlers, bag ladies or other nomads, the subjects are disinvested from their abused bodies and are often mobilized in self calming processes. We are struck by the pregnance of the sensory universe, through odors and carelessness. These factors play a key role in bonding and even in the therapeutic relation. We assume that the subject reconstructs the damaging primary bond, sharing them with the current object. Through the transfer of feelings, of a not constituted intimacy, the subject could try to share his/her sufferings, hoping someone will become aware of them.
