The recent changes to hospitals impact the practices of clinical psychologists. After presenting our role in a structure of collective apartments, this paper discusses the trends in our practice in psychiatry and the invention that it requires today. It also explores central questions we encountered and investigates, from the point of view of psychoanalytical theory, the possibilities of living in a place for psychotic subjects.
