The algorithmic puppet or the omniabsence of the “justiciable” in the digitalisation of the justice system

Serving in turn as a rhetorical tool and a convenient pretext, the justiciable appears in the end, in the face of a digitalisation of the justice system that has no interest in him or her, as eternally omniabsent from the discourse that sets out to analyse him or her.
