Through a case study, they demonstrate how caregiving and social work can be linked together, since the team is made up of psychoanalysts as well as social workers, who assist the patients in various administrative procedures. This specific institution enables people to meet with a therapist in a confidential environment to share their suffering and story, as well as benefitting from administrative aid. This reception is a link between the internal and external world and helps them tame their fears of a threatening world.
