The Risk of Stress Linked to Work in Groups of Professionals. An Intervention Method: The Organizational Interpretation

In the context of the risk stemming from stress linked to work as, more generally, in the psychology of work and organizations, studies are aimed primarily at improving the instruments of evaluation and ranking. The way of intervening in the different situations is given less space. Taking a case study as his starting-point, the author proposes a technical method of intervention that can be used with managers or professional groups. For several years now, this method has shown that it has great possibilities of evolution in the management of stress linked to work, and more generally, in the management of emotions at work. The author proposes to call it “Organizational Interpretation.”
