The suffering of the exclusion associated with great precariousness and migration raises questions about clinical, social and health practices as well as state policies, and has led to some important transformations over the last 30 years through the development of hypotheses and institutional strategies. However, it is a complex problem, in constant transformation, which requires a transversal approach. Our clinical experience in this field has led to the creation of a collective of young practitioners, researchers and artists who are currently working on a research program at the MSH Paris Nord, strongly inspired by the practices developed by Fernand Deligny. This article analyses the current state of clinical work in the field of exclusion and proposes an approach based on the paradigm of trauma to focus on the interest of a clinic out of language and on the margins of institutions, analyzing the clinical and creative experience of this collective of practitioners and artists, based on the possibility of tracing and inscribing the sensorial experience of the world and making it a material that can be shared and serve a new form of symbolization.
