Circle of Security Parenting, or the importance of improving parental representations: Two case studies
Type de matériel :

The Circle of Security Parenting program (COS-P; Cooper, Hoffman, and Powell 2009), aims at promoting secure attachment in young children by helping parents identify their child’s attachment needs and enhancing their parental reflective functioning (PRF). Case studies including pre, post, and follow-up measures show one mother’s significant PRF improvement, along with better parental representations, while the other mother does not show the same progress. These results support the use of COS-P for low-risk populations.
