“Exploring the psychic ecology of traumatized adolescents, an extended listening to human and non-human environments.” The clinical situations encountered in social or medico-social institutions confront the clinician to complex situations of psychosocial suffering, which require the consideration of the environment in its globality. By extending the care paradigms, the author proposes to consider the global psychic ecology of the subject, in order to allow a consideration of the inter-subjective and trans-subjective links to complete the analysis of the intrapsychic processes. Based on two clinical situations, the author shows the interest of taking into account the living environment, which reveals the conditions of emergence of subjectivity among adolescents confronted with family trauma and serious educational deprivation.
