This article describes the training courses for perpetrators of domestic violence, ordered by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Toulouse and applied by the Arseaa, which are held in Toulouse. It explains the legal framework of the measure, the expectations of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and the characteristics of the training course, and questions the strengths and limits of this system as well as possible developments.
