Social work is integrating less and less the helping relationship in the numerous devices set up to “support the user.” What kind of social support are we talking about? How do the procedures impact the profession on a day-to-day basis? How can we maintain the meaning of our action and the values that underpin it? By sharing my day-to-day life, I wish to reflect on our margins of maneuver and the possible resistances to proceduralization.
