Intrapreneurship, at the crossroads of entrepreneurship and innovation, refers to the internalization of entrepreneurship, especially within large organizations willing to promote innovation internally. We question the “fabrique” of intrapreneurship within organizations, in its individual and collective dimensions and put into perspective the main tensions likely to arise from the integration of intrapreneurial devices within the organization.
