The Stopped Grieving Process during Childhood
Type de matériel :
40
Through the clinical case study of a teenager who was hospitalized following a psychotic phase, we will try to grasp and understand the underlying meaning of Marguerite’s decompensation, focusing on her personal story and on her mother’s death which occurred when she was a child. Marguerite’s case which has been structured around a held back trauma and a frozen process of getting into mourning will develop into a possible account, which will therefore enable temporality to move forth again after being stopped so far.
