In psychopathology, children’s misbehaviours is currently the utmost concerns in prevention and cares to children and particularly because of the political impulse. The current trend commends a kind of a “bio politic” of juvenile delinquency in accordance with a fragile epistemological foundation. In fact, the scientific history of this disorder results from the combined evolution of two different notions – and hyperactivity – set in the field of psychodynamic on the one hand and neurodevelopment sciences on the other hand. Beside, nosology, etiology, disorder treatment require polyfactorial apprehension without yielding to the urgency of a social request which denies the singular for the advantage of standard criteria.
