The Child in Conflict Separations: The Role of Justice
Type de matériel :
5
Children, at the time of their parents’ separation, are at the heart of a conflict not their own, which they are not responsible for. Nevertheless, all at once they become the stakes, the instruments, the actors, the victims and the executioners. It is essential that the separation process, both judicial and non-judicial, enables them to remain children, strangers to the conflict of their parents, regardless of age. This need begins with parental awareness: justice has neither the means nor the desire to replace them.
