To judge is a complex activity which is not limited to the application of the law and the interpretation of the texts according to the improvement of knowledge. It also includes acts of utterance: nomination and qualification of facts, justification of the decision. On which basis does the judge rely in order to support his personal way to practice the law? The author relies on an intuitive perception of the respect of people, perspective which permits under educative care to reach a coherence which is unfortunately not in the practice of the law. Thereby the juvenile justice, operating from its symbolical place the separation which permits the language, is contributing to education.
